Are prints unmatted and unframed?
Yes. The default sizes of all prints are standard, so you can easily match them with a frame from a local retailer.

Do you accept requests for custom orders?
Absolutely--for no additional charge. Simply reach out to me at info@crystalorbitstudios.com and tell me what type of custom order you need:

Print in a different in size (larger, smaller, square, etc.)

Print on a different material (canvas, metallic paper, wood, decal, etc.)

Print in a different color or tone (sepia, full color, black and white, all blue, all red, vintage look, etc.)

What type of paper do you use for printing?
Images are professionally printed on premium, acid-free archival paper in a lustre finish, which resists fingerprint marks. If you wish to have a print on gallery-wrapper canvas, metallic paper, wood, or decal, please contact me at info@crystalorbitstudios.com for pricing and availability.
What care is required for my print?
You should hang your prints out of direct sunlight, protected by glass or acrylic, in a lower humidity environment with little change--up or down--in temperature.
Will my print include a watermark or signature?
All watermarks are removed before printing. All available sizes will include the title and signature on the back of the print except for the 27x40 size. If you would like a signature on that size, it will be 5 additional days of processing time.
What forms of payment are accepted?
You can use PayPal and all major credit cards.
How long before my order is shipped?
All photo paper prints are produced in a professional lab, so a 3-day turnaround is typical. Prints that are 27X40 require an additional 2 days before shipping. Canvas prints and wall decals take 5 to 7 days for processing. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your item is shipped.
How much does shipping cost and how will I know my estimated delivery date?
All shipping information--cost and estimated delivery date--will appear during the checkout process. You will be able to view your options before finalizing your order.
In what packaging are prints shipped?
Any prints with the dimensions of 11x14 and smaller are shipped in a rigid envelope mailer. Any prints that are larger than 11x14 are shipped in a tube.
